We welcome experienced and inexperienced paranormal investigators to our events.
The minimum age allowed is 18 years old, unless by prior agreement with Ghostlygathering

We also cater for private events who wish to investigate exclusively at one of our listed venues.

We never accept cash, cash transfer or cheque payments and we never send PayPal invoices or receipts.

We would like you to know that your money is safe when you book your investigation with Ghostlygathering as we offer a Covid-19 guarantee.

In the event of a lock down where the investigation has to be cancelled or you are not allowed to travel outside of your area due to Covid restrictions, you will have the following options regarding your deposit:

– A full refund of your deposit

– The deposit can be added to a future investigation of your choice

To reserve a place on your chosen event, you must pay a deposit, with full payment required one month prior to the event.
 
You will receive email confirmation from us upon receiving your deposit and a second email, one month prior to your event, where you can then pay the final balance.
 
Once payments are received confirmation emails will be sent out with our terms and conditions. Please note no details are shared or sold to any third party.

1. Drugs or alcohol are not permitted

2. Any person believed to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol will be denied entry or asked to leave

3. Each guest will need to provide proof of identity

4. Please wear sensible shoes and warm clothing

5. For everyone’s safety, we will show you the venue and and point out any potential hazards

6. Any guests acting in a way that could reduce other guests’ enjoyment or cause harm or damage to the venue will be asked to leave

7. Bullying will not be tolerated

8. The management reserve the right to refuse entry to any person

9. Our cancellation policy is that we will offer a full refund if the event is cancelled due to Covid 19 restrictions.  We will refund your deposit in full if you choose to cancel your booking up to 14 days prior to the event.  We will not refund your deposit if you cancel your booking within 14 days of the event.
